I co-founded IntelCodes, a mobile/web development company, in May 2017. We developed more than 10 web and mobile applications. Our vision was to start building our own products instead of building clients’ ideas.
For that, we searched for a problem for a sizable enough market. Building the team and collaborating with experts and providing the capital required to grow the business. This was our priority. We developed “Nugttah”, a loyalty program designed to help clients retain their customers, we began offering this in November 2018.
By using hypothetical investors as a way to evaluate our product and make a decision on how to move forward. We are not the only company active in this field. However, we aimed to find a competitive advantage that set us a part. Our Nugttah data collection program provided insights that helped business owners bond with their customers and ensured loyalty and continuous engagement, eventually increasing their profit margins.
Nugttah program is focused on offline merchants who want to build a relationship with their customers. Nugttah allows owners to easily create custom loyalty programs in minutes. We incorporate machine learning algorithms into the product, resulting in significant improvements to our recommendation engine, marketing campaign, not to mention measuring the lifetime value of our client’s customers..
